The day started off with a little rain which delayed the departure from Penong. By the way, it’s the home to a Windmill Museum! However, our Cavalcaders were soon into the swing of things and on the road to Ceduna.
Another 73kms covered today, bringing the total distance covered from Perth now 1984kms. If our Cavalcaders were going direct they would be well over 50% of the way there. However, our plan is to call in and see our fellow climate action heroes in Adelaide and Melbourne on the way. Our current progress will see our Cavalcaders in Adelaide on the 16th of September. Come along and say hello. They will be at the Santos HQ in town in support of the local XR group’s action there.
